Photos taken at Southern Discomfort festival that took place in Kristiansand, Norway on 13th and 14th of September 2014. Unfortunately, I could only attend the 2nd day of the festival, so there are no photos of the bands who performed on Friday. I played a lot with my Lensbaby and Fisheye lenses, and this might explain why you'd think some of the images might be a bit odd.

Green Carnation played a New Version of their famous ' A Night Under the Dam' concert, in the same location as the previous one - Dam 3 (that will soon be demolished, making this the last concert ever in this setting), 620 meter over sea level, 8km into the mountains. An amazing location, an amazing concert that I was fortunate to get to photograph and film and witness it from the sound check stage until the end of the last note. The photos are divided in 2 sections, those took during rehearsals and those from the concert. I mainly focused on filming, so photo quality is maybe a bit lower, but the images and memories are so dear to me that I'm having a hard time sorting them out.

5th edition of Trondheim Metal Festival, held at Clarion Hotel&Conference and Rockheim, between 6th and 9th of March in Trondheim, Norway. For the club day, out of the 5 available stages, I only photographed two of the bands at Blæst.

10th anniversary edition of Hammerslag Vinterblot, a small cozy extreme metal festival taking place in the city of Tønsberg. 2014 edition saw the following bands on the playlist: Cutthroat, Dimension F3H, Arvas, tribute to Death, Koldbrann, Visegard, Midnattsvrede, Svikt, Tribute to Ulver, Sarkom and Myrkskog.
